Attendance

As you know, absences must be reported by a parent via telephone or written note but we suggest that you do both. CONTINUING THIS YEAR: parents may excuse a child’s absence by sending an email directly to our attendance manager (and copy the teacher) at tropicalattendance@browardschools.com. The phone call, note or email must give the child’s name, their teacher, the date(s) of the absence, the reason for the absence and the parent’s name excusing the absence.  If you choose to use direct 24-hour attendance line at 754-323-7752 please leave a message with the same information.
